Sweet milk bun filled with a Hojo matcha paste, topped with organic brown sugar 

our bun consist more butter than you can imagine, together with local lightly pasturized milk, japanese flour and organic gras-fed eggs, handcut and handrolled, then risen over 16 hours slowly in our chiller, baked fresh every morning.
