Rose Massale is an exclusive cuvée produced from a rare grape variety, Chardonnay Rose. A unique mutation of Chardonnay on a Tissot plot has created a pinkish version of the variety. After manual harvesting, the harvest is destemmed and then put into direct pressing. After a light settling, fermentation occurs spontaneously in vats with indigenous yeasts. Aging lasts 12 months in 228-litres barrels, without any proportion of new oak.

This is not a Rosé, it's a white and it's flat out delicious.
