Cecillia is a crisp natural red wine with ripe tropical stone fruits flavours, blackfruit & cedar aromas, full bodied palate with blackberry, plum and well-integrated tannins.

Cecillia comes from a 1.4ha plot planted in Gemischter Satz (red and white grape varieties), which Steffi and Eduard have recultivated. 2/3 of the grapes are pressed directly and 1/3 are crushed. The must is fermented spontaneously in a large wodden vast and aged. Bottled unembellished, unfiltered and without addition of sulphur.
