The big sister of "Atanasius", Theodora is serious, complex and intellectual with freshness, depth and body. Resulting an increadible minerality, and smokey flavours.

Hand-harvested Gruner Vetliner and Welschriesling went through 2hours of maceration before getting pressed then fermented and ages in wooden barrels.
