Sardina Pilchardus (Sardines Royale)

These special aged “royale” sardines are characterised by the firm bite of their meat and singular taste. They are a less fatty, smaller variety of sardine, ripened to perfection in their specially selected Spanish olive oil since 2018, helped along by floral notes and an extra virgin component.

A paper seal can be found in each tin with the number of the woman who packed the sardines by hand in Cambados, Galicia.

Ingredients: 15-25 sardines in olive oil (extra virgin component).

Storage: Store at room temperature. If not completely consumed when opened, store in a sealed container and refrigerate up to two days.
