Guinness Rye Sourdough

In conjuction with St Patricks, we're baking the most appropriate sourdough for the festive! A malt-bomb of a Guinness Rye sourdough.

Made with a blend of Shipton Mill organic dark rye flour and a good amount of Guinness stout gives this loaf a good amount of rich umami flavours and deep dark malty flavours, you can find flavours of black tea at the end of each bite when you breathe in too! 

Perfect on its own, or good to pair with a good cuppa flat white.
